Our story began when Chloe and I have just visited one of our properties that remains unrented for 6 months. As we were walking into the lift discouraged, Chloe looked at me and uttered a word that changes the way we look at properties forever, that word was ‘Airbnb’.
Running a homestay was unchartered territory for us, but soon enough we realized that Airbnb is more about customer satisfaction rather than the property alone. Luckily for us, pleasing customer is an area we have thrived in from our years of experience in the F&B industry.
After hosting hundreds of happy guests and streamlining our processes, our Airbnb was so successful that we started having a really good problem; running out of properties to host our loyal guests. This leads to the birth of CityStays, a platform of partnership between your great properties with our guests. More than just a brand, it’s a guarantee that your guest’s stay in the city will be just like home.
